Our regular opening hours are from 08:30 – 17:30 (NL = UTC+2 hours), but if you have a really urgent question (for example an unforseen shortage of materials), we are available 24/7 and we will always find a solution for you.
On-site and remote support
Our team is happy to assist you on site without obligation or via a remote connection if desired, both no-obligation assistance and third-eye check-ups. In this way we can always give you optimal advice on what can be the best solution.
Product advice and availability during test phases
Bijlsma Group aims to advise you optimally about products and your processes. We work closely with various machine builders, insurance companies, cargo/marine surveyors and are happy to assist you with advice and material during your test or try out phase.

Quality
Testing
All our products are tested before, during and after production. Tests takes place in-house and by external test centers and laboratories such as SGS, TUV Rheinland, Bureau Veritas, Merieux Nutriciences and Nedlab.
Certification and registration
Our company is ISO 9001-2015 certified by KIWA. At product level, our products meet the industry-related requirements, certifications and registrations, including REACH for our container desiccants.
Quality Control
We work with own and third party quality controllers to guarantee quality. Especially for deliveries where countries require a product verification program.
